Job Details
As Planning Administrator your duties will include:
Coordination and planning of servicing, repairs and maintenance
Taking calls and emails from existing and potential customers
Data entry using inhouse systems and Microsoft packages
General day to day administrative dutiesTo be successful in this role:
Must have an excellent telephone manor and confident speaking to people of all levels
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency with all Microsoft packages
Able to use initiative and confident in your own abilities
Experience is a similar role would be idealAdditional information:
Contract: Temporary-permanent
Pay rate: 9.00-11.50 per hour DOE
Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
Must be able to get to site in Evesham
