Job Details

We are actively recruiting for an temporary Finance Assistant to join our client who are a charitable organisation for a 2 month role based near Norwich, Norfolk.

Supporting the Finance Manager and existing team, you will be required to carry out the following duties:

Purchase order support
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Setting up payments
Reconciling supplier statements
Monitoring the finance inbox, dealng with any queries which arise
Adhoc duties as required
Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working within a finance environment
Able to work unsupervised using their own initiative to given deadlines
IT Literate, experience of using Microsoft application and Sage 200 would be advantageous
Team player with excellent communication skills
This role will initially be office based, but moving to working remotely with regular contact using Microsoft Teams. 

Interviews will be held remotely with the expected start date being Tuesday 6th April
