Personal Lines Account Handler
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join a highly respected firm based in Norwich. Working with customers dealing with all their insurance requirements from car insurance to home and commercial. This is a Monday to Friday position working from 9am till 5pm.
Duties of a Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler
·Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing client accounts
·Identify cross selling opportunities
·Deal with incoming New Business enquiries
·Generate New Business enquiries by asking existing clients for referrals
·Provide broking and administrative services to clients
·Raise potential issues with the team leader/account executive as appropriate
·Manage renewal process, placing cover on best terms where appropriate in accordance with client's needs.
Experience Required for a Personal Lines Account Handler
·1+ Years Household / Personal Lines Insurance experience
·Good organisational and planning skills
·Proactive attitude
·Willing to learn and enhance own knowledge/skills
