We are currently recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to join a practice in South Liverpool. You will support a busy team and provide excellent customer service to all patients.

Welcoming patients at reception using EMIS
Dealing with patient queries
Issuing prescriptions when patient requests are due
Updating patient records
Summarising patient files
Receiving calls from patients and other NHS providers
Booking appointments for patients
Completing tasks sent from clinical staff
Dealing with report requests from outside agencies
