Sales Support Administrator
Sales Support Administrator is now required
The successful candidate will be supporting our dedicated Consultants in all recruitment, resourcing and administration duties as below:
Searching external job boards and internal databases for suitable candidates as specified by our clients and consultants
Being the point of contact for candidates
Supporting our consultants with candidate management i.e. organising interviews, compliance, vetting and any queries from candidates
Briefing candidates over the telephone
Inputting data onto our inhouse database to track candidate submission and progression
Ensuring all information is updated on systems
Supporting in the writing job specifications with consultants and posting to external job sites
Additional administrative duties
Project work as and when required
Key Skills:
Ideally you will have some previous recruitment or resourcing experience however a can do and proactive person will also be a great fit
You will require strong organisational skills
You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong administrative and MS Office skills
An eye for detail and proactive approach
A real team player
This is an exciting opportunity with potential to progress towards a Consultant capacity role if this is your desired path, with full training and encouragement from the team. In return, you will be working in a dynamic, friendly, professional but fun environment
