Warehouse Administrator

Due to exceptional growth our client is are looking to expand their warehouse team. They have a exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative support to ensure an efficient operation within the warehouse environment within this Food manufacturing company.  

Key Responsibilities

· Tracking equipment usage hiring and dehiring to correct DC depots

· Requesting stock from 3rd party storage and transferring it on the in-house stock system

· Booking deliveries into depots

· Arranging transport from site to customer depots

· Keeping accurate records of deliveries for traceability

· Assist in stock queries and provide information to planning team

· Set up and track usage of packaging and report weekly usage

· Maintain consumables inventory and anticipate required supplies

· Set up MHE equipment service schedule and work with MHE supplier to organize maintenance requirements

Key Attributes

· Experience in supply management and inventory control

· An inquisitive approach and effective problem-solving skills

· A keen eye and understanding of process and continuous improvement

· Flexible to change as the business continues to grow

· Good communication, both written and verbal with a good command of the English language

· Organised, fast thinker and quick learner

· Food manufacturing experience, desirable

Benefits:

· Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
