I am looking for a Sales Administrator who is a confident communicator and enjoys speaking with their customers over the phone.

Basics of the role:

Taking inbound calls from business customers and taking their order requirements.
Processing customer orders
Updating CRM system
Administration duties
Dealing with all customer emailsPerfect candidate will possess:

Confident on the phone
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work under pressure Working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

This suits someone who enjoys building relationships with their customers and having a varied role of phone work with administration.
