Children YP Support Worker

Castleview Group have some exciting opportunities and are looking to recruit Residential Childcare, Young Person Support Workers in the Redcar North Yorkshire Area.

Are you a Children's Residential Support Worker or have experience of working with and supporting children and young adults with learning disabilities or Emotional & behavioral difficulties (EBD) if so this could be the role for you.

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to work with children up to the ages of 16, and Young people between ages of 16-24. If you have experience within this and hold an NVQ 3 (or above) in Children & Young People we are looking for you.

The Role:

You will be required to support the residential home for children and young people with learning disabilities & emotional and behavioral difficulties. With a primary focus on making sure the best outcomes for the children and young people.

To be considered for this role you will have the following;

· NVQ 3 (or above) in Children and Young people or similar

· Understand the importance of providing a stable environment

· Experience of working with children with Social, Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties

· A DBS subscribed to the update service would be beneficial.
