Do you live in the Clydebank area and have exceptional customer service skills as well as admin experience ? If so, we might have the ideal opportunity for you!
Our client is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis for three months initially to support them with a small project.
The customer service administrator role will be based in Clydebank and you will provide extensive administration support and customer service support to their existing customers base. This will involve calling customers to make them aware of changes to their account and retrieve up to date information from them in relation to their policy.
To be considered you must have experience in a customer service role and be confident on the phone. You must also have great attention to detail as you will be required to update the in house systems with critical information.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Whilst training you will be based in the office and then able to work from home.
