Excellent opportunity to join an industry leader where you will be autonomous in overseeing the production and logistics departments.
On offer is the chance to gain a leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager where you will implement your skills to maximise production and team culture.

The role would suit someone with a Manufacturing background alongside previous people or team management. Day to day, you will oversee 26 team members across production, warehouse, and logistics. You will deliver on production targets and KPIs and work closely alongside the Plant Manager.
