Technical / Quality Manager
Plymouth
Monday-Friday Days
£28,000 - £30,000
Our client is a leading food manufacturer based in the Plymouth area.
They are a stable, growing business who can offer excellent job security as well as a chance to learn a variety of new skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining food safety and quality systems for all products and processes
to meet food regulatory, compliance and company standards
- Oversee the development of new recipes and ensure customers receive specs on time
- Continue to monitor and regulate product quality standards
- Audit quality systems
- Produce KPIs
- Develop and maintain HACCP system
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- HACCP (Level 3 Minimum)
- Food Safety (Level 3 preferred)
- Auditing experience
- BRC accreditation knowledge
- Ability to handle customer complaints
Shifts & Benefits Package:
* Salary:- £28,000 - £30,000
* Hours:- Monday-Friday Days 37.5 hour week
* Benefits:- 20 days holiday + bank holiday's
