HGV Driver Grab & Skip

Meridian Business Support are acting on behalf of our client. 

We are currently in the process of recruiting for a number of HGV drivers to join our busy client in the Nottingham area. 

We are looking for drivers with experience in HIAB Grab attachments, Roll on Roll off lorries, Skips & Articulated. 
Both a range of CAT C & C+E to work on a full time permanent basis. 
Some duties may include

Use of RORO lorries, Artic, GRAB & Skip
Have a polite & friendly personal when dealing with customers
Deliver, exchange or collect scrap loads safely
Deliver loads to customer sites
Daily vehicle checks
Ensure Safety attire & equipment is used at all times
Occasional yard duties
Unload & grade customer materials
Operate the grab to load lorries/ containers
operate the grab to feel the shear, shredder or bailer
operate the shear head grab to shear & process materials
Ensure compliance with the EA & HSE regulations
Update machinery diary with relevant information
This role is a straight perm role & would require a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. 
Training is provided & tickets are funded when necessary by the organisation.
