Stock and Admin Clerk - Afternoons 14:00 - 22:00
The above position will include shift and weekend working as the depot operates 24/7 and based on any 5 out of 7 shifts basis. Therefore, it is essential that you are flexible in your approach to work.
As a Stock and Admin Clerk you will need to have:
Excellent administration and organisational skills
An effective communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills
Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
Intermediate level IT skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
Outstanding attention to detail to ensure accurate records are maintained
Ability to work to strict timescales
Team player, self-motivated, flexible and confident
General awareness of health and safety is essentialJob Details:
Salary: £9.00 - £9.50, weekends days £9.51
After 12 weeks your salary will increase to £10.70
Any 5 out of 7 days - rota provided - weekend work is required
Shifts Available: 14:00-22:00
Full training and support will be provided to you
Location: Northampton, NN4 9BXRole of a Stock and Admin Clerk
Administration of the stock movement and associated activities.
Stock check
Undertake all activities in line with KPI requirements and SLA's.
Continuously monitors the in-house and third-party management software systems, ensuring compliance with key system requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Company, statutory and Health and Safety obligations.
Works closely with key operational partners including other departments, depots and customer locations.
Other site administration as and when required
