Receptionist -

Working hours:

Weds, Thurs, Fri 8am to 5pm
Sat 9am to 5pm
Sun 10am to 4pm

Role

As the Reception Host you will be the first point of contact responsible for meeting, greeting & assisting all customers who visit the centre.

Responsibilities

To be friendly, professional and welcoming at all times
To provide a bespoke attentive customer experience by understanding the customer requirements and managing their visit by directing them to the right department/ person
To be proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration.
To occasionally deal with the telephone overflow by answering calls professionally and taking accurate messages that are given out in a timely, manner
To manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after
To keep the reception and waiting areas tidy and presentable
