Office Angels are proud to be working with a leading FMCG organisation who have a huge presence in their market. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, meticulous, hard working and friendly to join a team of like minded individuals.

The role as Office Manager will be extremely varied, you will find yourself providing a first class customer service to visitors one day to managing projects the next!

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be experienced in a number of skills as well as being hands on and able to roll your sleeves up to any given task. This role will be based on the companies FOH Reception therefore you will need to be competent at working independently.

What will you be doing in your new role?

Provide reception and general office support with a wide variety of clerical activities
Taking a proactive approach in supporting the MD in relevant tasks such as bookings
Responsible for answering incoming calls and directing these calls to the appropriate department, mail distribution, flow of correspondence and requisition of supplies
Management of the building facilities
HR Administrative responsibilities where necessary - assist with end to end onboarding administration, annual leave request system, sickness and absence recording, return to work interview admin etc/
Supporting the Marketing Department and Finance Department - processing invoices in SAP
Responsible for developing and communicating the Fire Marshall and First Aiders programme - to be the lead first aider for the office
Management of company car fleet
Organise external meetings, flights, hotel bookings etcWhat experience are we looking for?

Advanced Microsoft Soft Excel knowledge as well as MS Office Suite
Highly organised, methodical and pro active
Naturally self sufficient, able to plan and prioritise work load
Professional telephone manner
Experience using SAP
To have worked with the HR and Finance department in the past
Able to build strong internal relationships
