General Manager required for our Automotive Volume Franchised Main Dealership Client.

Our Client based in Reading, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Dealership.

General Manager Person Specification

Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads 
Responsibilities of a General Manager for our Client

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of up to £60,000.
