Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Central Bristol. Working for a family owned company, the right candidate will be proactive with the ability to read between the lines and problem solve to build relationships with customers and suppliers. Duties
Reconciliation of invoices
Cross checking delivery notes
Processing payments on the internal system
Set up new customers for payments
Dealing with queries from clients
Balancing the cash book
Tracking purchases on Excel
Ad hoc delegated administrative dutiesIndividual
High level of attention to detail
Currently studying towards AAT
Natural problem solver
Team player
Strong customer service skills
Analytical and able to notice discrepancies
