Telecare Service Advisor

I am currently representing Enfield Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of between £15.00 - £20.00 per hour which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Safe & Connected Telecare Service Advisor this role will be based at: EN1 3ES

Shifts patterns and hours:

4 day shift pattern consisting of:

4 x Early shift (06:30 to 17:15), 4 days rest

4 x Late shift (09:30 to 20:15), 4 days rest

4 x Night shift (20:00 to 06:30), 4 days rest

No Saturday or half rate

The right candidate will:

You will be working as a Safe & Connected Telecare Service Advisor within Enfield Council, your role will include;

* Operate the Jontek Telecare system

* Receive and answer calls from residents and staff on developments where necessary

* Assess and identify the nature and reason for the call

The Right candidate will have the following:

* Experience of working as a Safe& Connected Telecare Service Advisor

* Experience of using Jontek

* Experience of working within a local authority is desirable
