Page Personnel have partnered with a leading Industrial client based in Leicester who are looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator / Coordinator / Operator - 8:30-5:30 - Mon-Fri Shift Rotation

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator to join an established and high-performing Industrial company that's seen a huge surge in demand. They have a real focus on growth plans and exciting new innovations in the pipeline and geographic expansion.
Description
The INTERIM - Fleet Coordinator - will have experience in the following responsibilities:
Maintenance and Management of the Transport Management System (TMS).
Ensure effective and efficient use of driver and vehicle resources.
To carry out investigations or incident reports in relation to any vehicle incidents when necessary.
Conduct return to work interviews, following driver colleague absence
Ensure all agency drivers are inducted correctly.
Manage driver briefing / de-briefing including downloading driver cards.
Co-ordinate drivers managing sickness cover.
Monday to Friday - 8:30-5:30pm shift pattern
Profile
The INTERIM - Fleet Coordinator - will have experience in:
Planning or scheduling experience within an Industrial or Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment
Ideally from an Industrial or Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company
Knowledge of Drivers Hours, Tachograph, and WTD legislation.
knowledge of Health & Safety.
knowledge of transport systems (Although full training will be given for this system)
Good communication skills are essential with the ability to express empathy with customers
Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.
Should be based ideally in Coalville but Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Tamworth would be commutable
The successful candidate may have worked within a Fleet Planner, Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Administrator, Transport Coordinator, Transport Planner role previously.

INTERIM - Fleet Coordinator should be based ideally in Coalville but Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Tamworth would be commutable
£11-12 per hour
6-month contract
