- Specialist Motor Trade Business
- NO cold calling - lead based
- £18k Basic Salary (£35k+ OTE)
- Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm - No Weekends!!
Our client, is a specialist motor trade business in the Faversham area, and they are looking for two new members of staff for their sales department.
Our client is NOT your typical independent garage, this is a specialist business that is growing considerably. They have two main sites in operation currently in the UK, and further expansion plans in place.
You will be responsible for selling the client's product to a consumer base targeting four sectors: retail, trade, motor factors, and fleet. This role is office-based and you will be required to hit KPI's via your telephone calls. There is NO cold calling in this role and you are distributed leads on a DAILY basis via the CRM system.
Our client is offering a Basic Salary of £18k Per Annum, with first years earnings of a very comfortable £35k+, company pension scheme, paid holiday, staff incentives, free parking and much more!
The best part of it all is that you only work MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM TO 5PM. There is no late nights, no weekends, and no unnecessary stress! Our client understands that sales people in the motor trade deserve a balanced work/ life schedule and provides a working environment that reflects this.
However, in return they are looking for the most driven Sales people to help push the business forward! They want ambition, proven track record in sales (ideally motor trade), and a great working attitude! You will not be micromanaged, but instead respected and valued.
