AMAZON SALES COORDINATOR
£19,000
BRADFORD
My new Bradford client has an exciting opportunity for a pro-active individual to join as their fun and friendly sales coordinator team.
This online market leader is going through a sustained period of growth, recently broadening the product range so this is now is a perfect opportunity to join their team for an exciting long-term career. The role is initially a maternity cover but they would be looking to extend to a permanent contract.
Managing the Amazon order account is a huge responsibility so will will need to love being busy and have a fantastic attention to details. Last year the orders were over £2 million!! Looking t increase this year to £4 million.
Using the Amazon central software ASM to process volume orders
Assist with including shipments, refunds, dispatching and all PO orders and invoicing
Checking stock availabilities & liaising with the account manager for out of stock items
Allocation of all orders onto internal SAP system
Updating in-house ordering system where necessary
Liaise regularly with courier companies and tracking courier PODs
Offer support to the customer service team
Candidates MUST have previous Amazon experience to be considered for interview this week with this superb client.
What’s on Offer?
25 days holiday per year, plus banks, free parking onsite, company pension, staff recognition program, big staff discounts;
Working Hours Monday – Thursday 9:00am - 5:15pm; Friday early finish 4:30
Salary: £19,000.
