Manpower are excited to be working with a fantastic International Logistics Provider based in Hinckley who due to an expansion are looking for an additional Freight Forwarder to join the team who specialises in road transport.
They have the ability to accommodate any load size, covering all trailer types and have been experiences large growth throughout the last 3 years in particular.
Main Duties
To resource & allocate full & part loads on a daily basis achieving best possible profit margin.
Ensure deliveries are scheduled on time and in line with customer expectations, have the ability to manage a client and keep them completely updated with progress of their shipment.
Proactively look for other work through various platforms in use in quieter periods.
Monitor delivery performance and notify customers with any delays.
Work to set targets in line with operational KPI's
Ensure all information is accurate and up to date within TMS at all times
To ensure you are up to date with compliance & health and safety Salary on Offer
£25,000/£27,500 DOE
