The role will initially be office based before returning to work in the office (hours 9-5)

Moving forward there will be the opportunity to work from home but then flexibility regarding hours will be essential

Previous customer experience is really important and you will need be a confident and empathetic communicator with excellent written and spoken communication skills, someone who is happy working in a team environment

this role will initially be a temporary position but with the opportunity to become permanent after a period of 3 months temping
