Accounts Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a growing business in Chandlers Ford. Our client is looking for a motivated and diligent accounts administrator who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication skills, time management and happy to work in a small office environment.
Duties as an Accounts Administrator:
- Processing Sales/ Purchase Ledger
- Flagging discrepancies and spot checking data
- Processing expenses
- Credit Control
- Processing and scheduling wholesale deliveries
- General administrative duties including answering the telephone and speaking to customers and suppliers
- Working as part of a team, ability to help in other departments and support colleagues when needed
Skills required for this position:
- Previous experience in an accounts admin role or similar
- Experience using SAGE 50 and Excel
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
A little more about this position:
- Permanent position
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
- £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
