Immediately Available KYC Administrator
Your new company
Based in Edinburgh City Centre, our client is recruiting for a KYC Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract basis. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. There is some flexibility with the start and finish times. The role will initially be undertaken remotely under current restrictions but as restrictions lift, you will be expected to travel to their office in the city centre of Edinburgh. The organisation is accessible by public transport.
Your new role
Reporting to the KYC manager, you will take ownership of varied and fast paced workload. Your duties will include; initiate client distribution batch processing in line with agreed standards, complete allocate pack closures, produce check member leaver statements following payment processing, complete online web enquiries, KYC checks, daily task reports and workflow action completion, check daily overdraft reports and ensure all receipts and payments are up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven success in a high volume and fast paced administration role. You will work across a range of IT systems and databases, therefore you must have strong IT skills and be comfortable picking up new packages. You should have professional communication skills (both verbal and written) as you will liaise with clients and suppliers on a daily basis via telephone and email. You will work as part of a large team and as such a positive, team player attitude is required.
