Social Worker

Search Consultancy is working with an authority in London to recruit a Qualified Social Worker for a Adults Reviewing Team on a temporary basis.

Pay Rate up to £32 an hour

There are social work posts in a review team, this is reviewing care packages that have been in place for a time. There are also two posts in our discharge service , this involves working alongside hospital colleagues to facilitate hospital discharge and follow up in the community with home visits

All candidates are expected to be able to do face to face visits with service users. Risk assessments prior to visits will take place to ensure that PPE and all necessary protection is arranged for visiting.

Both roles are with adults and it is expected that candidates have experience in safeguarding, mental capacity and strength based assessment work

This role is subject to Social Work England checks, Enhanced DBS and reference checks.
