As an inclusive, forward thinking business, we take pride in our approach to human relations across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Reception Administrator to join our HR Team, based at our Brackley site on a 6-month fixed term contract

The position requires contact with Management and Staff in all Departments, and regular contact with other sites, Management Teams, customers, suppliers and visitors.

The site has an extremely diverse workforce, some of whom operate in areas which work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Purpose of the role:
As a Reception Administrator, you will: cover reception welcoming visitors to site, manning the main telephone duties and to provide general administrative support primarily to the Training Partner.  To also provide administrative support to the HR team, as well as other members of the management team.

Your key responsibilities as Reception Administrator will include:

Communicate and liaise with visitors/callers in a professional, timely manner. 
Providing support to visitors using the electronic singing in system (Sinica)
Responsible for being aware of planned visits to site
Raising of purchase orders and receipting of site invoices where appropriate
First point of contact for notice boards and content, ensuring these are displayed and removed in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to the Training Partner and HR as required
Manage the sending and receiving of post for the site. Ensuring relevant stationery (stamps, envelopes, etc) is available.
To create and distribute new starter badges and replacement badges
Manage the issue, return and cancellation of security passes to contractors and visitors.
Ensuring that all visitors are temperature checked on site.
Welcoming candidates on site
Taking copies of right to work documentation
Supporting the on-boarding process
Maintain accurate training records using training matrices. Deal with enquiries relating to training and development.
Research and source training providers.
Carry out post-training surveys, questionnaires and interviews to plan or amend future training
Arranging and supporting with Literacy and Numeracy AssessmentsWhat we are looking for:

Up to date experience and confident in usage of Microsoft Office Packages
