I am recruiting for a Part-Time (25 hours a week) Business Support Administrator for a market leading company based in Leicester. This vacancy is due to continued growth within the business and the current team needing extra support with a busy year ahead.
The Role
First point of call for customers - answering the phone and greeting customers on site
Processing clients invoicing and supporting with month end via SAGE
Typing up ad-hoc letters and reports for senior management
Managing the office supplies and maintenance of office equipment whilst liaising with suppliers
Work closely with the senior management supporting them with ad-hoc tasks and projects
General office admin supportThe Candidate
Extensive administration experience having supported a finance function processing invoices
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
SAGE experience The Company
Part-Time working hours 9:30 - 14:30 (Monday - Friday)
25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday (Use 3 days for the Christmas break)
Free parking on site
