Due to rapid growth Adecco's client based in Tamworth are looking for new high calibre members to work in their production team. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent manufacturing process awareness. This role will offer an excellent opportunity within part of a growing team of assembly operatives who form the hub of production. Focused on safe practice, 100% quality, On-time delivery, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

Hours: 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm

£8.72ph

Duties/Experience:

Able to work shifts
Calm approach
Very high attention to detail
Working on an assembly line making automotive products
High work rate with willingness to go above and beyond
Attention to productivity
Someone who is interested in bikes and cars
Warehouse experience
Tidy and meticulous
Flexible attitude
Team player
Progress and adaptable to change
