We are supporting our client, a top Legal firm in the recruit for an Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join the business on a permanent basis. In this role you will be working remotely from home, but must be in commutable distance to their Sheffield office.

The duties:

Manage case loads for clients
Liaising with various third parties and updating the status of claims
Handling email enquiries
Administration tasks such as - data entry, updating records, reviewing documentsThe ideal candidate :

Background of working in Administration/ Data entry
Customer service background
Strong communicator
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage own workload
