HR Advisor - Mansfield
Temporary circa 6-8 months
Multi-site - Nottinghamshire and Luton

This role will be based predominantly in the office with regular travel to both sites.

Reporting to a Group HR Manager, this HR Advisor role is a varied and generalist position dealing with end-to-end HR issues for both sites in North Nottinghamshire and Luton.

The role will include, but not limited to:

• Support recruitment needs for both sites
• Take responsibility for employee relations casework
• Work with stakeholders to ensure HR policies and procedures are met
• HR reporting and KPIs
• Ensure all staff files are maintained accurately
• Ensure all HR administration duties are completed accurately

Up to £35000
Circa 6-8 months - possible scope for longer
