The role - Administrator
Our client based in Sunderland requires an Administrator to start ASAP on a permanent basis.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £18,500 - £19,000
Start date: ASAP
Due to location it is advised you have access to your own transport
The duties for this role includes:
PAS Certifications for clients, Admin co-ordination for the Auditors
Communicating with the Auditors.
Maintain the highest standard of communication and presentation via telephone, email and in person with the clients, consortium members and the public.
Assist with internal audits.
Answering a high volume of calls from clients
Managing Emails
Data Entry
Organising and filing documentsYou'll have
Administration experience
Great communication skills both over the phone and via email
Strong IT Skills
Good organisational skills
