Job Details
My client is currently recruiting for their expanding team on a high profile rail framework. You will be based in a main office in East London however travel across sites are essential. Sites based in Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridge etc.
Scope of works could include managing projects ranging from £100-£500k and managing several sites at one given time. Works include footbridges, embankments and other maintenance schemes.
As a site manager you will report to the project manager and be responsible for the delivery of the project on site.
This is a permanent opportunity with long term projects to work on.
Salary is £45-50k + car allowance + package depending on experience.
As a site manager you will be required to:
Oversee the day to day running of the site, ensuring works are carried out in a safe and timely manner
Prepare Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
Prepare Work Package Plans (WPP)
Prepare Task Briefings (TB)
Ensure the team on site are working efficiently according to plansSuccessful candidates must:
Have previous experience working within an Infrastructure environment - ideally rail projects
Ideally have experience working on Network Rail projects previously
Have a desire to progress. Show the drive to learn and develop
