Customer Service Advisor/Administrator required in Cardiff.

- Starting salary up to £19,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings with performance related bonus scheme. 
- 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings required in the future.

Our client, a multi-brand approved car dealer group in the Cardiff region, are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their busy Accident Repair Centre. 

Reporting to the Accident Repair Centre Manager and working alongside two other Customer Service Advisors as well as a workshop team, the successful candidate will provide support on the customer service desk in addition to providing administrative support. You will be responsible for liaising with customers (both face to face, electronically, and over the telephone) booking their vehicles in for repair work, issuing courtesy cars and dealing with all associated documentation/paper work. You shall also carry out a range of administrative duties including preparing and progressing invoices and overal organize duties and responsibilities within the Accident Repair Centre productively & efficiently.

In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Cardiff region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff. Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate would need to have prior or present experience working in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry (ideally within another accident repair centre) and be able to deliver the very highest level of customer care through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Overall you will have a passion for working for our and have very strong organisational skills along with IT proficiency (experience with the Bodynet software system would be highly advantageous but is non-essential). You will have good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Attention to detail and accuracy are vital to the tasks involved in this position. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential at this stage.
