Job Details
Job Title: Transport / Warehouse Co-ordinator
Location: Kettering
Salary: £10.50 / hour
Hours: Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
Interaction Recruitment is currently working with our Kettering-based client who are looking for an experienced Transport / Warehouse Co-ordinator to join their team.
The role will mainly include the following tasks:
· Booking courier collections on portal
· Completing customer rind rounds for next day deliveries
· Assisting the warehouse to ship orders on Unleashed
· Point of contact for failed deliveries to look to resolve with sales
· Logging failed deliveries on Prospect CRM system
· Logging damages and escalating for action on Prospect CRM system
· Logging "snagging issues" and escalating for action on Prospect CRM system
· Ensuring all PODs are received from our own drivers once jobs are completed and chasing anything outstanding
· Daily communication of orders out for delivery and failed deliveries
· KPI circulation
· Answering enquiries from internal departments for delivery dates and keeping the unleashed system dates accurate to assist invoicing
· Answering stock enquiries from internal teams as needed
· Updating orders with contact details / addresses
