Job Title: Receptionist Administrator
Role Type: Temporary
Location: Peterborough
Hours: 37.5 per week, (Apply online only), Monday to Friday
Interaction Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a receptionist to work for our Peterborough-based client, on a temporary basis.
The Candidate:
Confident and outgoing, with a good work ethic and good sense of humour
Ability to communicate verbally, in a clear and efficient manner, with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Excellent organisation skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative
Good standard of IT
Good attention to detail and experience in all aspects of administration, across a number of departments
Main Accountabilities:
· Reception - meeting and greeting customers and supplier, photocopying, scanning, taking messages, incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and providing refreshments to visitors
· Answering the phone, ensuring messages are passed on accurately and efficiently, and in a timely manner
· Inputting data, keeping records and statistics. Confidential and general filing
· Email correspondence
· Processing invoices, statements and much more that will allow you to work with experienced staff gaining essential practical skills
