To support an on-site Lateral Flow Testing Program by ensuring a testing appointmentschedule is in place and communicated for all employees to be tested during their respective
shift pattern (mornings and afternoons at both sites and also nights in Darlaston)
To explain the Lateral Flow Testing process to the individual when undertaking the test(appropriate training will be provided) and to ensure the self-administered test is completed
correctly in order to obtain an accurate result.
The swabbing will be self-administered by each individual but the Testing Assistant willprocess the sample and analyse the results.
To record the individual's attendance at the Testing session and to record the results using theappropriate recording system.
To support the process of communicating the test results to the individual concerned and if apositive test result is confirmed, to advise of the need to gain a PCR test and the appropriate
arrangements regarding this.
