As part of the IFA team you will be working alongside Advisers who provide whole of market financial advice to HNW private clients.
Your role will be to provide all of the Advisers with technical and some administrative support on a daily basis.

MUST come from an IFA background with AT LEAST 2 years experience
MUST HAVE experirence with Intelligent Office
Description
* AT LEAST two years' experience in the same or similar position
* Experience using Intelligent Office is REQUIRED.
* Experience supporting multiple advisors is REQUIRED.
* Candidates will ideally hold their FPC and should be working toward Diploma
* You will be given full training and support to attain further exams and progression within the business will be available

* To process new business in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with agreed service standards and standards for Treating Customers Fairly
* To service ongoing business in a timely manner in accordance with agreed service standards and standards for Treating Customers Fairly
* To provide accurate client data and fund valuations as required for ongoing client servicing and financial reporting
* To communicate the progress of business to Managers, Directors, Clients and Consultants as appropriate.
* To foster good working relationships with Managers, Colleagues and Consultants
* To use the Advisor Office diary system to effectively plan and prioritise workload, and to ensure client servicing is conducted as agreed
* To contribute to day to day activities such as answering telephones, opening and distributing post, archiving and ensuring telephone/office cover is maintained
* To maintain continuous professional development (CPD) in line with Company policy and maintain an annual CPD log
* To conduct other ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by Managers and / or Directors. * You must have previous experience in a financial services administration environment; some supervisory experience would be an advantage but is not essential
Profile
Fluent in Microsoft 365.
Highly competent with online work systems and 'tech savy'.
MUST HAVE experience with Intelligent Office.
Confident and ambitious individual who is seeking the next step in their career by joining a leading name in the market.
Two years' experience as a minimum
Two years' experience working within either a Wealth Management or IFA environment.
Candidates will ideally hold their FPC and should be working toward Diploma.
