Seeking a Permanent Credit Controller role within a well established, friendly and successful team?

If you have at least three years credit control experience and a good knowledge of the debt recovery process then this role may be the one for you.

My client is offering a great opportunity to work within a fast paced but friendly and supportive finance team that really appreciate their staff. Within a company that can offer career potential and security too, it's a great opportunity in Stockport.

With parking provided or accessible easily by public transport, the offices are fully operational in line with the current regulations and the team work Monday to Friday office hours.

Salary ranging from £18,000 to £22,000 dependant on experience and strong training and development provided.

Interview slots available next week with a view to start ASAP.

Key Duties:

Monitoring credit control inbox daily
Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
Escalation of overdue accounts
Completion of proof of bed paperwork
Maintain accurate records
Collection of outstanding debt via telephone, email, text and letters
Providing weekly feedback of accounts for processing
Ad hoc duties as requiredExperience Required:

3 years' experience in Credit Control
Experience of collection through small claims court
Ability to organise workload
High attention to detail
