Job Details

Project Manager - East London - Permanent

Project Manager required to join a leading rail and civil engineering contractor based in East London. You will be based in their main office and look after a framework of works covering a number of small scale rail projects.

As a project manager you will manage a number of small projects at a given time, and work on the projects from inception through to delivery and handover. You will have various teams on site to manage including site managers and engineers.

You will mainly be based in the office however the occasional travel to site may be required.

You will be based in East London.

Permanent role paying £60,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + holiday + package

As a project manager you will be responsible for:

management of projects from pre-qualifying stages, tendering to completion
ensuring site teams have the resources needed to deliver their projects on site
delivery of projects to programme and budget
lising wieth the client and other stakeholders on the frameworkCandidates msut have:

degree / HND in Civil Engineering
PTS / SMSTS - ideal
Experience working in the rail sector - particularly on a framework / managing a number of projects simultaneously
