Job Details

I am on the lookout for a Bid Writer ideally with construction experience to join my client who are incredibly busy right now and looking to expand! You will be based in their South East London offices near Bromley!

This is a permanent role, an opportunity to join a smaller company looking to grow in size tremendously over the next 5 years. A growth which you will be part of!

Permanent job - SECURITYRoles and Responsibilities of a Bid Writer (not limited to):

Report in to the Bid Manager and be part of a team
Identify and carry out the pre-qualification opportunities with the team.
Be able to estimate and produce subcontractor package comparisons and assist with overall tender submissions
Arrange and plan required site visits.
Manage Tender query process with Client and Design Team
Build relationship with the client design team.
Identify and price scope gaps
Be able to attend mid tender and post tender interviews/meetings.
Identify Risks and Opportunities through Risk/Opportunities RegisterCandidate Requirements:

Must have been involved with Bid Writing
Ideally come from a journalistic background (and love writing!)
Must have previous experience working in construction / architecture / consultancy (in bids)
Have strong attention to detail
