We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join a well-established family run business in the Scarborough area.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and to be successful in this role you will have previous Administration, stock co-ordination and/or logistics experience.
You should be organised, have strong IT skills, good customer service skills and be able to problem-solve.
Other duties would be:
Check off incoming items against a pre-approved list
Ensuring all items are appropriately labelled and placed in the correct areas of the building.
To deal with all customer enquiries, by email and phone
Arranging appointments
Unpack items ready to catalogue
Coordinate with external suppliers
To be able to work as part of a team.
This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday role, earning a salary of between £19,000-£20,000.
