Gas Engineer (Commercial)
Covering work in the Midlands
£40,000 + Progression + Established Company + Package + Pension + Holiday
Do you have experience on servicing or installation commercial gas meters?
Are you looking for a role with a company who has excellent retention, who give great training, who invest in qualifications such as EngTech and where you will be a vital cog in the wheel?
This company is a Meter Asset Manager for some of the most challenging commercial and industrial projects across the UK. Tasked with expanding the physical side of their business across 500,000 sites they are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to support the continued growth of their business.
You will be working alongside an experienced Technical Director and Assistant ensuring that metering assets are installed, adopted and maintained to company and industry regulations. The company have a track record of delivering a great service to their customer base and you will be integrated into a team of experts within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced industrial and commercial gas engineer that has worked on pipework testing and purging and has CMET2 qualifications. You'll have worked on commercial and industrial smart meters and will be looking to further develop your skills with technical experts.
This is a great role for an engineer with commercial metering experience to join a well run and established busines where you can play a key part in their growth and development.
The Role:
*Installing, adopting and maintaining I and C gas meters
*Conduct site surveys
*Be responsible for their own stock management and organisation of equipment
*Covering work in the Midlands (Required to travel to UK wide occasionally)
*£38,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Established Company + Package
The Person:
*Experience of working with Industrial and Commercial Gas Meters
*MET4 or CMET1 qualifications
*Hands-on and customer facing skills
*Happy to travel across the Midlands and UK wide where required
