Helpdesk Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operative to be based in Chester, Broughton. The job will be an immediate start.

Hourly rate: £9.14 p/h

Monday - Friday - 7:00am-17:00pm

Temp Role

Duties will include:

Scanning and printing invoices
Receive and log all requests via telephone, email and client systems
Dealing with customer enquiries via email and telephone.
Responding to queries via email and telephone
Produce reports
Maintain the database updated
Allocate work orders effectively, in a timely manner
Experience required:

Must be competent on word and excel data input
Ability to multi-task and prioritise own work load
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Motivated, flexible, reliable and proactive
