Extra Personnel are currently looking for passionate Transport Administrators to join a worldwide Logistics operation based in Banbury. Previous administrative experience is a must as this is a fast paced environment. Previous experience working with SAP or similar software is advantageous. Training will be provided for the successful candidates.
As Transport Administrator you will need to have:
Good communication skills
Good literacy & numeracy skills
Excellent telephone and administration skills
Attention to detail
GCSE / O Levels to a high standard
Experience within the shipping / transport industry
As a Transport Administrator you will:
Follow customer specific procedures on their systems
Preparation of shipping documentation
Filing and archiving documents
Liaise with other departments on processes
Complete various spread sheets
Booking vehicles to collect and deliver shipments
Details of a Transport Administrator:
Salary: £10 - £11.80 (depend on shift)
Working Hours: 06:00am-14:00hrs or 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs
Location: Banbury
