Page Personnel are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading financial services provider based in Leeds, who are looking to appoint multiple Mortgage Servicing Consultants to their business

Description

Key Responsibilities Include;

Responsible for the completion and oversight of work around mortgage arrears and litigation, repossessions and shortfalls and mortgage advice
Ensure the business are in line with agreed SLA'a around governance and oversight
Build strong working relationships with key outsource clients
Improve standards through the identification of risk
Review calls and case handling interactions to measure quality and customer satisfaction outcomes, ensuring they comply with regulations
Process exceptions and complex issues for client
Assist in the support of complex complaints
Produce meaningful MI to help drive continuous improvements
Take ownership of any escalated issues that ariseProfile

The Successful Candidate;

Experience working in a similar mortgage led roles
Background within FS regulated environment
Experience of working around mortgages and mortgage policy
Strong customer relations skills
Desirable - mortgage oversight or Cemap
Continuous improvement experience
Strong knowledge around risk

Job Offer

There are a number of opportunities to join a leading financial services organisation based in Leeds in the role of Mortgage Servicing Consultant

These are permanent full time roles offering a salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience.

Further benefits include Bonus of up to 15%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, life assurance x4, health insurance and discounted gym membership. There is also free parking on site.

The role will be initially working from home however will return to offices in Bradford area when government guidelines allow
