Sewing Team Leader

Our client based in Leicester is looking for Automotive Sewing Teamleader to join there expanding team

Temp to Perm position after 12 weeks

Monday-Friday 7.30-16.30

Day to day duties will include the following:

. Managing a team of sewing machinists
. making sure your team are hitting all deadlines and KPI'S
. incharge of all of end of line quality
. managing hours and overtime for your team

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
. A good attention to detail and able to rework and solve the issues
. Experience with leather automotive sewing is a must
. Need to have good communication skills and understand written instructions from management
. Previous experience in an automotive and manufacturing back ground.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Must have experience and knowlede of twin neadle and top sticking
