Recruitment Compliance Administrator

Are you an experienced Recruitment Compliance Administrator looking for a new opportunity? With an attractive salary on offer of up to £10 - £10.50 per hour this exciting and varied role is not to be missed!

You will be working for one of the largest independent agencies in the UK with over 200 locations nationally and a turnover in excess of £800million. The roles responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

o Responsible for full Compliance processes
o Assisting with registrations of new candidates
o Calling candidates
o Assisting candidates in applying for CRC
o Applying for and chasing references
o Ensure candidates are compliant and remain compliant to framework standards
o Any other support and business needs to dictate
o Contributing to internal and external audits

Strong communication skills and high attention to detail will be paramount to this role coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
