Manpower are excited to be working with a very prestigious client who are looking for a Customs Supervisor / Senior Administrator to join their team in Hinckley.
They are a International, logistics solutions provider with over 8,000 employees across locations across the globe.
They are looking for a new Customs Supervisor to help monitor live, urgent transport movements; ensure that clients informed of shipment progress; and maintain & oversee their transport management system, in line with company & compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Confidently engage with suppliers and clients and agree individually bespoke, time-sensitive transport solutions
To monitor company transportation process and be comfortable with administration
Knowledge of customs & compliance and documentation
Confidently supply requests for quotations.
To help maintain and grow excellent client and supplier relationships
Being able to work under pressure and thriving as a team
To be able to undertake your role without the need for micro management & be strong in self task prioritisationSkills
Logistics/Freight Experience (Essential)
Customer Service / Administrative Experience (Essential)
Good IT Skills covering TMS's, Outlook, Word & Excel (Essential)Package on Offer
This position operates on a rotational shift pattern however no night shift is required, mornings and afternoons only.
Basic Salary of around £26,000 DOE
