Night Shift Assembly Operative (Automotive Industry)

We are looking to recruit a number of skilled assembly operatives to work at an industry leading car assembly site. The client is based on an industrial estate outside of Droitwich. You will need your own transport to and from site.

The Role:

As an assembly operative you will operate injection moulding machinery, glue, foam and spray paint guns. Currently, the client is developing cockpits for new models of luxury vehicles, so production will be predominantly skewed towards assembly of cockpits.

You will need to quality assess all goods to ensure they meet site and customer standards. You may be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so a degree of flexibility is required

Shifts:

Monday - Thursday Night 21:00-06:15

Flexibility to work weekends (overtime) may also be required.

Pay:

£10.57 PER HOUR – night shift (rotating)

£13.11 PER HOUR - Overtime 37+ hours 

£17.48 PER HOUR - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday
